I think what he meant was the cable is loose on the keyboard end.. I just got 6 xkey 37’s and all are the same way there is a small gap between the keyboard and the cable plug..i can put a fingernail into it… seems to work but it pops out easily and doesn’t stay attached very well. A locking cable or a thicker cable would have been better.. i fear for the long term robustness of this.. and hope it doesn’t easily break.. and if it does can we buy replacements..? I suspect they will be needed.
