I’m also having the same issue with my UF8. The modulation wheel is working fine, but the pitch bender is constantly sending data (values in the range of 2400-2600) regardless of the position of the wheel, which mechanically behaves as expected. I’m using a MIDI filter to remove the incorrect bender data so at least I can use the keyboard without it interfering. Here is a sample of the MIDI output (I pressed a key at the end):
