Which model are you using? I guess it is Xkey Air? If you computer was older than 2012, it may has no Bluetooth 4.0. So you will need to buy a Bluetooth 4.0 adapter (like this: https://www.amazon.com/IOGEAR-Bluetooth-Micro-Adapter-GBU521/dp/B007GFX0PY?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_sw_su_dp), or our WIDI BUD (http://widibud.com) which already implemented Bluetooth MIDI central receiver inside.
