Please use USB connection to connect your Xkey Air with your computer first, then using our Xkey Plus software to update both main firmware and Bluetooth firmware (your will find a Bluetooth Tab on Xkey Plus software), then please do “reset to factory” of the Xkey Air. After this please try again. (you can download Xkey Plus software from our http://www.cme-pro.com download page for free)
