Site is easy to use as is the app. Very straight forward compared to others.
Just returned from a trip to Greece where the holiday was smooth their was confusion Loveholidays reviews between love holidays and easyJet over who should of sorted my transfer (there wasn’t one) so I ended up paying £40 euros return for my own taxi. Apart from the cost it was ok for me as a solo traveler but imagine that being a problem for a family. I also presumed (yes my fault) my luggage was included which it wasn’t this cost me £50 there and €48 back. In conclusion my only problems came from a disconnect between love holidays and easyjet.
