Hi,
I tried to pair xkey air via bluetooth with my Sony Xpedia Z3 (Android 6.01).
In my phone bluetooth screen the xkey-entry is visible. When I tap on the screen, the message appears ‘pairing’. After about 20 seconds it ends without a message. The xkey is visible but pairing is impssible.
Connecting directly via usb is ok
Greetings
Dieter
Hi
Are you using widiBud to connect to android through Bluetooth ?
Is Android 6.01 able to connect to Bluetooth midi devices ?
Jerome
From my understanding, Android 6.01 should be compatible with Bluetooth MIDI, but you will need to go into each app to connect the Bluetooth MIDI device, just like iOS. Until now, we did not find any Android music App was implement Bluetooth MIDI inside yet. If you find any App can do it, please share with us, thanks!
Jerome:
I don’t use a widibud
I habe read on the xkey-website that android 6.0 necessary, nothing else
Dieter
After upgrading to the macOS Sierra, I cannot use bluetooth at all. Did anyone have the same problem and how did you fix it?
Did you try to update Xkey Air Bluetooth firmware too?
