    Can I use that cable, or do I need to use the Xcable on IOS?

    I’m not sure what an xcable is but I just bought the Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter (they don’t call it the Camera Connection Kit any more) and it works perfectly for connecting the Xkey Air to an iPad – so far at any rate.

    Hi cmarkg, if you want to connect iOS, you need [Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter] like qryss said. The Xcable is only with Xkey37 USB version to add MIDI OUT and Pedal connectors, other Xkey models cannot use it.
