My Xkey recently is not working. I don’t know the reason. I plugged it and played about 5 minutes and then something happened and my keyboard stopped working. I used MacBook and GarageBand. I tried to restart my MacBook. Also I tried different USB cables to connect Xkey. I tried to connect it to Android device. All my attempts are unsuccessful. Xkey now works! It’s flashing red LED but not working? please advise me how to get rid of the problem? How to make the keyboard work?

Please try to hold both Octave +/- button and switch on the keyboard, it will do “reset to factory”. If this cannot solve the problem, maybe the USB connector was loose from the PCB, then you need to contact the dealer or distributor where you bought it for local support. Sorry.
I’ve been having some problems with my Mac lately. It upsets me because I’m not sure I can afford to buy a new Mac, and I don’t plan to consider other laptops for work and daily life. I also noticed that my Mac has been heating up much more and faster, which also worries me. Has anyone else had these issues?
Well, Mac overheating is pretty normal. If it’s hot outside, you’re using heavy software, there’s too much dust inside the Mac, or for other reasons I can’t explain, the laptop heats up quickly. Now I try to check my Mac’s temperature using various methods I found online and here https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-check-mac-temperature . So far, the most convenient one is iStat. It’s easy to install and use. It won’t solve the overheating problem, but knowing the safe temperature for your Mac and monitoring it, you can at least take timely action to prevent overheating.
