Hello,
Bought XKey37 Air and WidiBud. Impossible to connect. Windows 10 64 bits. Also updated to 2.1 firmware using widiplus.
Anyone has any idea what should I try?
Thanks!
PS: I could not post on the XKey Air forum, it requires me login while I am already logged in…
Dear Spooky,
Please close all your music softwares first, then connect WIDI BUD and open the WIDI PLUS only. After you pair with Xkey Air, you need to close the WIDI PLUS, then open other music software. Because Windows did not support multi clients so if you have more than one music software, they will be conflicted.
Thanks, I got it to work!
However, I am using FL studio and the lag is too long… any hints?
Hi Spooky,
Can you test with other music software to check whether the lag is different? Or maybe you can set the audio driver (like ASIO) to reduce the lag?
If you PC has no professional audio interface with ASIO driver, you can try to download ASIO4ALL and install it on your PC for FL Studio.

Right, that was the audio driver, thanks!
