    I pulled out my xkey 25 air and my D key above the middle C isn’t working. I keep getting errors trying to submit for help on the contact us page. Any guidance would be great.

    All other keys get response from both the Xkey configuration app and Xkey Piano App. I plugged the xkey 25 air to my computer via USB to see if the problem persists, and it does.
