I have a strange problem with the standard USB Xkey. When I play the highest note, the c, I hear c and b-flat. Also when I play the third highest note, b-flat, I hear a bflat and a high c. I thought it was something related to my computer and settings, but I have it also on a completely different system. So what to do?
Hi Sander, please use Xkey Plus software to update the firmware and “reset to factory default”, then let us know whether the problem is solved or not. Sorry.
You can download Xkey Plus here:
I have the latest firmware, I have pushed “reset to factory default” and the problem is still there 🙁
Can it just be that the keyboard internally is creating a short circuit?
Hi Sander, maybe there is a short circuit internally. Please contact our distributor for warranty support. Sorry.
Thanks, I will do so!
