Got transfered to the HGV after booking a free night reward since the 500 points just for listening sounded good. Ended up walking away with buying a 3 night (could be 4 nights if i book within 45 days) at the location the rep said, and a carribean cruise.
I know this is a timeshare presentation but it felt like a good deal since there were destinations I was already interested in going to. At the time, I didn’t know that the grand vacations and the the actual hilton were separate entities. But still, the deal sounded good as it came with a carribean cruise. So I ended up buying it after the rep sweetened the deal, but I have not received an email confirmation with all the details yet.
So is there an email i should have received that contained all the conditions so I could actually read through all the T&Cs? And is there a way out where I can get a refund? I saw they already charged me on my credit card. Im wondering if I need to contact them and see if they sent it to the right email address.
