Many users of FL Studio, Logic, Pro Tools may encounter this issue. In chrome, go to settings – advanced settings – (under privacy) content settings – (under MIDI devices full control) select “Do not allow any sites to use system exclusive messages to access MIDI settings”. Problem solved.

    Hello,

I purchased my Xkey last October and have really enjoyed it so far! Just recently my windows 10 PC has stopped recognizing the Xkey device and the Xkey plus software does not recognize the device either. I uninstalled and then reinstalled all drivers and software without any luck. I believe the device may be defective. I have emailed customer support and have not received a response yet. I would like to get a response in order to troubleshoot the problem before my warranty expires on October 30th 2017. Could anyone please provide some assistance with this? Cheers, Jason.

Dear Jason, sorry for the problem.
When you connect Xkey with your computer, is the red LED on the back lighting? If yes, that means the keyboard was recognized by the computer. If not, that means the unit was defective.
Please find our distributor in your country and contact them directly, also you can send email to [email protected], we will try our best to help.
By the way, it seems we did not receive your email before.
