    just got my new xkey 37 played it with ipad works great but with a windows laptop their is a terrible latency any help?

    In Windows, you need ASIO audio driver to reduce the audio latency, please download and install ASIO4ALL: http://www.asio4all.com/
    Or if you have professional sound card with ASIO driver.
