I received my Xkey air 37 today, the unit looks great and everything seems to work fine. Just a couple of question, I can connect the unit to mac via bluetooth, with the method shown above. the blue indicator stays on, but the red indicator still flashes after it gets successfully connected.
Also would like to know if there is any auto-connect option in mac, cause every time I switch the unit off, and then want to turn it on, I have to do all the process again, going to audio midi setting and connect it to mac manually.

Dear Ehsan, thanks for using our Xkey Air 37!

Regarding your questions:
1. The red led is for USB connection, so if you did not connect USB with your computer, it will be flashed (but slowly when you connect Bluetooth). So this is normal.
2. It is impossible for auto-connect in Bluetooth MIDI Standard, Apple designed like this way. But we developed an accessory for professional users, it is http://www.widibud.com . When you use WIDI BUD with Xkey Air, they will pair to each other automatically, also it will improve the latency. If you like it, please try it.

P.S. Please be aware that you can set battery save mode of the Xkey Air to OFF by using Xkey Plus, so that you do not need to reconnect it frequently.

Thanks so much for the reply. The WIDI bud looks so cool, will provide myself with one soon. Also I was looking for a sustain pedal for it, and when I received it and saw the sustain button on the xkey, I was like “wow thats fantastic”! Thanks for the quality product!

I need help: Mac Mini with latest OS, using Audio-Midi-Setup – Midi Studio shows XKEY Air but no option to connect!! When I connect via USB there is a second latency. iPod does not work either. And: You cannot send mails with CONTACT US (!!!!)
