    Hey guys from CME,

I just bought the Xkey Air 37 and love it. But to play Piano I desperately need to user a sustain pedal. I bought the XCable, without knowing that it wouldn‘t work with the Xkey Air. Then I saw different pictures of the cable with a silver connection that looked like it would be Micro USB which would fit into the Air USB port. I bought this cable from a different dealer that had this picture with the Micro USB connection and got it today: It again was the version with the black connector. *sigh* So please make clear: Is there a different version that works with the Air and if not: Will you do something about it in the future? I want this to be my main keyboard when I travel and without a sustain pedal playing piano is not possible. I also searched for a bluetooth sustain pedal without luck. If you don‘t plan to create a Sustain cable for the Air is there at least a solution you can tell me that works from third parties?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi Glenn,
Sorry for the confusion. The Xcable used customized 10 pins connector which was not hte Micro USB, and it is only compatible with Xkey 37 USB version keyboard.
For pedal, we plan to develop a Bluetooth Pedal interface, it will take some time (few months).
Please check this blog for more information: https://xkeyair.com/beyond-bluetooth-midi-controllers-the-widi-family/

    another last question:

will this bluetooth sustain pedal solution work together with the Xkey Air on the iPad?
I mostly work on the iPad when I travel.

    Thanks again 🙂
