I have problem with connecting xkey air 37 by bluetooth – it doesn’t conect after wake up a mac (mac pro 2013, macOS 10.12.5).
When I turn on xkey there are 2 flashing leds: red and blue. Xkey doesn’t conect.
I can turning xkey manually (audioMIDIsetup/double click bluetooth/finddevice/connect) – but is (I thing) not native connecting xkey with mac.
Hi, did you resolve this issue? I have the sasame question.
Hi theEST, this is normal behavior, because Apple design the Bluetooth MIDI connection like this way, nobody can change it. If you want to have automatic Bluetooth MIDI connection, you can check our WIDI BUD solution for professional user (www.widibud.com).
I’ve the same issue I was first told my Macbook pro was to old.
Have a new computer still nothing I gave up.
