    Hello, I had no issues connecting days ago when I received this keyboard. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Xkey plus app and the keyboard is still not recognized. I registered it straight away before connecting when it did work once.

    I have tried powering down the iPad Pro and have not had any luck. It is showing up as “not connected” although there is no response when I click on the Registration tab.
    The keyboard power is on.

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!
    I have a 2017 iPad Pro iOS 11.3
