Hi My Xkey has started being unresponsive and the redlight just blinks which indicates connected but not powered properly
no midi flows out and ive tried several cables. the Xkey software doesn’t see it either. is there a factory reset or anything I can try? is it possible to get a new circuit board or reset it?

Also no response from company “contact us” 😐

I guess thats it then heading for the recycling chute and never buy again . . . !
