My Xkey is not being recognized by LogicX, Xkey plus app, or any system. I have it plugged into a powered USB hub using the original USB cord it came with. Everything else in the hub is working fine. The red LED is continually blinking on the Xkey
When using LogicX I get the error:
Instrument “Xkey” sends to a MIDI port named “Xkey” of MIDI interface “Xkey” which no longer exists. Please check if all MIDI interfaces are connected and switched on; otherwise adjust the instrument’s MIDI out port setting.
I am using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) with OS Big Sur 11.1 My Xkey was working with this computer and hub prior to updating the OS this month.
Try Xkey Plus and reflash the firmware.
