Hi there 🙂 I recently upgraded to El Capitan (for very good reasons to do with work requirements) and my XKey 37 suddenly doesn’t want to talk to my Mac. Its red light flashes, and it isn’t seen on the MIDI bus as a surface, and neither is it seen by the Xkey application (2.2).
Is there hope on the horizon?
Cheers

Hi
That’s weird, that’s the first time I read such a issue.
I suggest you try the following :
– Disconnect Xkey
– Open audio/Midi utilities, MIDI devices window
– Select previous Xkey device(s) and delete it.
– Open disk utilities
– Repair disk permissions
– Re-connect Xkey
If you still observe the same issue, please try to connect your Xkey to a different computer.
Let me know if this helps.
J
works perfect here, on 2 macbook pros (both on el capitan, 10.11.2)
